Okay, let's talk turkey, err coffee. At The Los Angeles Coffee Cart, we take our coffee seriously, but we also like to have a little fun with it. Our mobile coffee cart rentals are the perfect addition to any event, from stuffy corporate functions to wild wedding bashes. And we guarantee that our traveling baristas will bring a little extra excitement to your event.

Now, let's get into the logistics…

Our coffee cart requires a minimum of two hours of service with access to an outlet. We need to be set up against the wall or the perimeter of the event, and if you could provide us with access to a sink, that would be great. But if you can't, no worries, we'll just have to use a little spit and elbow grease.

Speaking of grease, our baristas might need a little help from an onsite contact to answer questions when we arrive to set up. We're not saying we're helpless, but we do have a tendency to get distracted by shiny things.

Our baristas require up to one hour after they finish serving to clean up and break down the cart. Please ensure they will have access to the service area for the full hour. We don’t provide any dessert items like cookies and biscuits and the such, however if you would like to provide that, that’s cool too!

When it comes to setting up, we need a dedicated space in which to set up our cart(s), as well as room for a few people to gather. We require 8'x8' for our standard Coffee Carts

And while we love to entertain, we also need to be able to prepare our beverages without being interrupted by the sound of a mariachi band, s0 please don’t put us next to the DJ speakers ;-)

All of our Coffee Carts are on wheels, so please choose a location that does not require the use of stairs. Our carts can be disassembled so we can carry them but we like to store them in our van preassembled, for easy fast set up.

We might be coffee wizards, but we're not miracle workers.

If we are more than 50 feet away from unloading to set up we require an additional hour of setup time at $75 per hour.

Our baristas won’t be bringing a trash can, so please have one set up during your event. We like to keep things clean, but let's be real, we're not above making a mess.
